If on the other hand you wish to start your own business cleaning aircraft then you will need to meet with Airport Manager Staff and get an activities permit to allow you to get onto the airport. This will require a background check, some processing fees and sometimes even revenue fees as a percentage of sales. You will then need to adhere to airport NPDES permits for environmental controls and insure that your equipment meets those standards.
