NOAA Gulfstream IV

One of the best investments ever made by the NOAA is their Gulfstream IV fully equipped weather monitoring aircraft and now they need another one or even two to maintain constant data collection during Super Storms. If we get another Tropical Hurricane Season like this 2005 Record Breaking season with storms like Hurricane Katrina, Rita and Wilma and some scientists think we might, then we will need more weather observation aircraft to guide the Hurricane dissipation and steering technologies in the next few years. Otherwise we may make a mistake and cause the Hurricane to strengthen or go the wrong way instead.

Had we had these Gulfstream type weather observation and surveillance aircraft 2-decades ago we may have been much further ahead in the knowledge we have now in our efforts to control our own weather and steer or dissipate these Cat 5 Super Hurricanes. Since Hurricane Bret in 1999 we have had very precise data of these storms and with that information from the NOAA Gulfstream IV coupled with the NASA Satellite Data and the information from the Brave Hurricane Hunters we now have much better modeling as you have seen in predicting the intensity and potential precise point of landfall.

I propose we immediately commission two additional Gulfstreams Jets for the NOAA with the latest technology, along with instant communication to the super computers of the US Military, NASA, NOAA so that we can figure out how to use the butterfly effect to cause modification, disruption, steering and dissipation of future Super Storms and Super Cat Six Hurricanes like recording breaking Hurricane Wilma. Think on this.
